Neeta recently launched her book ‘Stay Relevant to Stay Profitable’ where she argues that customers must be at the centre of a service transformation process. And the leadership and culture is a critical component of the mindset change needed for successful transformation.
Together with an esteemed panelists – Jodie Clark (Rosewood), Bhajinder Kaur (Wolf & Brynd) and Phaik Ai Choo (The School of Positive Psychology), the panel will share and discuss The Challenges and Relevance in the New Paradigm pertaining to navigating this new normal on service transformation and customer experience.
