Ratna co-authored Book “Women Empowered: Personal Journeys to Become Empowered Women” sharing her powerful story of transformation.

Her work is rooted in a personal journey of overcoming imposter syndrome and burnout, which now fuels her mission to empower others to design a life and career on their own terms.
