SB Social Night – SOUNDWAVE

Each month, our members and partners come together to share and discuss valuable insights surrounding Women Leadership Development . It is an opportunity to network and inspire one another so you can thrive with the support of the SHE BRILLIANCE community.

This month we invite GERALDINE KAN, who leads Strategic Communications at a technology services company, having led teams Corporate Communications with MNCs including HP Inc, Lenovo, and IBM in Singapore and New York. In between corporate roles, she started her own practice, The Communications Catalyst, to make a more direct impact.

Geri helps individuals and teams develop leadership communication skills to inspire, influence and succeed in fast-changing, diverse, and global work environments.   She coaches executives to unlock their leadership narratives and build stronger connections with their audiences integrating strategic insights, interpersonal dynamics, and the power of storytelling.  Outside of work, Geri is a runner, a jazz pianist, and a chocoholic.

At this workshop, Geri will share the understanding of how you communicate with others is crucial to building strong relationships, achieving your goals, and driving impact.   Soundwave offers insights into how you talk, and as importantly, how others hear you.

You’ll be doing the Soundwave Brilliance 3 assessment where you’ll get a glimpse of your default communication style. You’ll discover your communication strengths and strategies you can use to increase your conversational impact in your personal and professional lives.
