Back by demand, our Founder Kim Underhill will conduct this full day workshop on how to become a good public speaker, to help members in their business, career and personal development journey. Kim is a certified Industrial & Organisation Psychologist, Management Consultant, Keynote Speaker, Business & Leadership Coach and Practitioner of Belbin Team Roles; Solution Focused Coaching; Results Coaching and Neurolinguistic Programming.
At this workshop, you will understand the holistic approach of presentation & communication through the understanding and practice of the V.A.M.P. U.P. Model to help you raise your game in connectivity with anyone, anywhere and anytime.
Communication comes in verbal and non-verbal forms. It seems like a natural thing for many people to do it well without much effort yet more often than not, miscommunication happens and the message in your presentation fails to connect. The next question then, is why? And what can I do about it?
Every word you say, message you send or expression you make has the potential to give different meanings. While it is great when your message is correctly interpreted, many a time it differs from what you meant to express, resulting in miscommunication or worse, misunderstanding.
Effective communication derives from a message well presented. The key is finding the alignment between how you present your message (not just what and why) and how others perceive and receive you and your message, otherwise you are simply making noise.
